Tim Laubacher - Founder Sound Web

Tim Laubacher Founder, Strategist & Lead Developer

Tim founded Sound Web after selling his previous agency, Laubacher Multimedia, Inc. Tim's goal for Sound Web was to focus more on web, and eventually mobile, based businesses and to support entrepreneurs with ideas for software-based products and services. Throughout his career Tim has helped over 300 businesses with their web strategy, technical architecture and development needs. In his spare time Tim enjoys boating with his wife, Debbie, family and friends on the Connecticut River and various spots on Long Island and Rhode Island. He also enjoy home remodeling and is currently remodeling a 1750s home on the Connecticut River in Haddam.

 

 

Debbie Bailey - Account and Project Manager

Debbie Bailey Account and Project Management

Debbie has extensive knowledge of software development projects including over 20 years in the insurance industry for various carriers and vendors. Debbie has managed some of the most complex projects for Laubacher Multimedia and Sound Web and has been involved in project scoping, customer relations and project management. Debbie is a fantastic cook and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

 

 

Zaib Khalid - Junior Web Developer

Zaib Khalid Junior Web Developer

Zaib started as an apprentice web developer for Sound Web in May of 2017. He has honed his skills quite a bit since then, having worked on several projects for Sound Web. Zaib has become familiar with .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and SQL Server and can used those skills on multiple projects. Zaib is a student at Central Connecticut State University and enjoys sports and spending time with friends.

 

 

Susan Hayes - Content Manager

Susan Hayes Content Manager

Susan is in charge of the content on our Launch EZ products. She works to ensure all content in the database is up to date and accurate and she serves the needs of CT Next, Metro Hartford Alliance and the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. She is also the primary support person for Launch EZ customers. Susan is experienced in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and has also assisted with quality assurance and project management for Sound Web projects. Susan lives in East Hartford with her husband and two of her four children.
